- We highly encourage YEPs to stay until the end of the photoshoot for the group shot.
- Plenty of street parking is available along Stagg St. (Please read the signs!)
- Please arrive hair and makeup ready.
*No smoking inside the studio. There is a smoking area outside.

How to Prepare
This photo session is all about getting great portraits of you to help boost your professional development. It is all about showing your audience the best version of yourself! To achieve this during our photo session, we recommend you choose outfits, hair, and makeup styles that reflect your personality while keeping your image professional.
Clothing
- Make sure you feel comfortable in your outfit and that your clothes fit you perfectly.
- Avoid patterns that can be distracting (unless you are going for a more relaxed look).
- Keep your clothing in neutral and solid colors (white, black, navy, brown, light blue, beige, etc.), but make sure you bring one colorful option just in case it pairs well with the location.
- Wear layers so you can take them off without having to go to a changing room.
- In case we do full-body shots, make sure you bring pants and shoes that match your outfits.
- Bring jewelry and accessories that are small and simple.
- If you wear glasses, we will take photos with and without them so you can have multiple versions. Make sure they are clean!
Hair & Make Up
- Keep your makeup natural and light, and put emphasis on your eyes.
- We recommend having setting and blotting powder or paper in case we need to remove any face oil.
- Men: If you have a beard, make sure it's well-groomed and styled.
Deliverables
Two weeks after the photo shoot, we will send an online gallery with the final color-corrected images. You are welcome to use the photographs for personal and professional use (non-commercial) and credit HPA/Mariangela Quiroga.
If you would like skin retouching done in any of the photos, each YEP will pay an additional fee of $25/image to cover the retoucher's time.
